Sponsorship

Goombi Energy Holdings is committed to being a good custodian of the land, a good neighbour and to providing lasting, positive and enduring benefits to the communities in which we operate.

During the development phase of the Project, we will be supporting local not-for-profit organisations, associations, and clubs that contribute positively to the local community through the award of sponsorship or grant funding. Funding of $1,000 - $5,000 per applicant is available.

What sponsorship is available?

Financial support is available for opportunities which will benefit local communities in the Goombi and surrounding areas. This includes health and social welfare, safety, environmental, educational, youth projects, sport and recreation, culture, the arts and economic development.

During the planning and approvals phase of the project, there is $50,000 per year, available over two funding rounds.

When do applications close?

Round 1

  • Applications to be submitted by 5pm 9th May 2025

  • Total funds available $25,000

  • Applicants will then be contacted by the project team and successful applicants notified.

Round 2

  • Applications to be submitted by 5pm 31st October 2025

  • Total funds available $25,000

  • Applicants will then be contacted by the project team and successful applicants notified.
